Excellent car buying experience...!! I walked in skeptical if I was going to be able to get a car due to some issues I was trying to take care of with my credit. I was suprised to find th I walked in skeptical if I was going to be able to get a car due to some issues I was trying to take care of with my credit. I was suprised to find that the staff here at Brandon Honda would not give up on me until I was signing the papers. My experience started with Sal who from the start reassured me that he was goingto work hard for me and make sure that I got the best "bang for my buck." I let him know what I was able to do on my end as far as a downpayment and he just hit the ground running. With everything being so transparent with him it made the whole car buying experience so much more pleasant then my past experiences. I then talked to Dan who at first glance was a bit intimidated and thought I was going to the typical hustle that you always hear so much about from most dealerships. Following suit though, I sat with him and he laid everything out for me in terms I could actually understand which made me fel so much at ease. Once I agreed on the terms I was then brought to the finance department. Just like everyone else I was sure that this was where I was going to get taken advantage of. As soon as I met Chris though there was this sense of him not only knowing what he was doing but he went about it in the most professional yet direct way never at any point making me feel the least bit uneasy. I cant say enough about this purchase though! It never even seemed like they were working...It seemed more of a genuine concern that they all had from begining to end in order for me to be beyond satisfied with my new car! I never felt like a customer, I felt like family. I felt taken care of and will never forget the experience. The owner John Marazzi has an excellent "family" working here for him and he can be sure that he and the rest of the Brandon Honda family have my business for life. Joe Sabb was extremely patient, and a consummate professional throughout the entire process. I was amazed at his interaction and engaging demeanor, not only with me, but with his past customers as well (in service dept, and returning to buy another car). Due to my last minute schedule change, I left on Friday with a promise to be back on Tuesday to finish everything up - when I arrived on Tuesday, they had the original car ready to go (I changed my mind and went with the Obsidian Blue Accord & not the Hematite Green one) and they were, again, very accommodating. They had me in & out of the dealership in less than 2hrs, and that is with traveling off lot to find the blue one, and prepping it. I've owned more cars than I care to admit, but this is my first Honda & my first experience with Brandon Honda - based on this experience, I can guarantee you that it will not be my last, with either. The prices were great at this dealership and the managers were very helpful when negotiating prices. The finance office was quick and easy with their associate Mike and we were out in 20 minutes.
