Best experience at a car dealership in a long time. From the second I pulled up and was looking for parking they directed me to valet at no cost. I walked in not really knowing what to expect and 3 people i the second I pulled up and was looking for parking they directed me to valet at no cost. I walked in not really knowing what to expect and 3 people immediately asked how they could help where I was introduced to Chris. Chris asked me a series of questions and helped to put me into a vehicle matching those requests. When I wanted a higher trim (because I looked at one on the lot and loved it) he made sure to let me know if might be above the price point so that there were no surprises. it was the end of the night but Chris never made me feel pressured. I took my new vehicle home that night but had some additional treatments that I purchased that required me to come back. Chris made is absolutely easy to get those done and not be inconvenienced (he scheduled everything). I look forward to coming back for my first service to see Chris and the whole team. I highly recommend Chris and the VW downtown team. More

I was able to leave with the car the same day. The financing was around 3.95% interest rate over 7years. The financing step took forever, around 3hours. More
