We went to this dealership after making an appointment but when we got there the person we made the appointment was not there. We were just thrown with a person who had just walked in for work. We had tex but when we got there the person we made the appointment was not there. We were just thrown with a person who had just walked in for work. We had texted with the person we were dealing with before going to the dealership about whether the car we were interested in was still available and was told it was still available. We get to the dealership and then we were told the car was not available. The new person then attempts to find us another car that we can look at but again that car was not available even though we had to drive to another facility to find that out. We spent about 2.5 hours in this dealership without seeing any car that we were interested in. We would not recommend this dealership to anyone. More

This is where my love for Volkswagen began. Unlike most car salesmen, Chris has the most amount of patience than anyone I’ve met in this industry. He’s so kind, caring, in-tuned with what I was looking for, understanding and helpful. You can tell he just wants a car to fit. I never once felt pushed. I bought my car a few weeks later and had to come back to the same person because of how much I felt I trusted Chris. I was right. I’m such a happy gal driving home with my VW Taos. I loved my experience and I wish for every new car buyer to have such a smooth, happy experience making their big purchase. Thank you again Chris. And their GM Matt.
