Previously, I have purchased my vehicles from Sewell Infiniti because of their customer service and there no hassle car buying experience. I recently had to purchase a new car. Infinity‘a car selection has become limited in the last few years. I decided to look into the BMWs and Mercedes. With BMWs I did not see the luxury, sophisticated style I was looking for, Once I looked into the Mercedes I was intrigued. Not only did they have exactly what I was looking for interior and exterior wise. But they were priced surprisingly low! And they have so many models to choose from I called Mercedes Benz Grapevine to check on a vehicle I found online salesman Kevin Sherrod made an appointment with me. He made my car buying experience run smoothly. I was able to obtain the rate and payment I wanted and I was driving home in my new Mercedes-Benz CLA 250 in just a couple of hours. Top notch facility. I dealt with Jordan Lee who was super accommodating, professional and attentive. I did most of my paperwork online for the vehicle I wanted. Unfortunately it had sold over the weekend. accommodating, professional and attentive. I did most of my paperwork online for the vehicle I wanted. Unfortunately it had sold over the weekend. He searched for a matching vehicle with the same colors and options (AMG package) that I was looking for. He would find one only to find out it sold. He kept in touch with me via text and email keeping me in the loop and boy was he busy trying to find this car for me. Finally after about two hours he found one, sent me the link to look at it, and I approved the buy. He locked it down, confirmed the deal for me then I went to the dealership to meet with him and finalize the deal. I was only there for 40 minutes max! Barely enough time to drink a cup of coffee and wham we were done!! Great guy, great personality, great attention to detail. I think I found my car guy. Highly recommend. Ask for Jordan! Thanks Park Place, that's my 2nd Mercedes I've purchased from this location, and I can't see myself going anywhere else in the future! More

One good and one horrible experience We had one positive experience and one negative. But the negative was so negative that I would not recommend this dealership. The first deal went sm We had one positive experience and one negative. But the negative was so negative that I would not recommend this dealership. The first deal went smoothly and we were very happy with the dealership. The second deal was an entirely different story. We were looking to trade in our Infiniti for a Mercedes convertible. The negotiation process was dragging on coming to terms on a lease payment. In the middle of negotiations with our saleman Landon sales manager Mara jumps in and starts moving around numbers on the computer. Does not introduce herself and just starts negotiating. During this process I asked Mara if she cleared any of this with the bank. She tells me she didn't even pull my credit. Wait a minute we have been negotiating a lease payment all this time and you did not even look at my credit?!?!?! "We just assume everyone is a Tier One Customer" This must lead to a lot of awkward moments, what percentage of the car buying population is actually in Mercedes top credit tier? After finally coming to terms on a monthly payment we need to go home and pick up our trade and we tell them we will be back in about 4 hours to pick up the new car. We were set to pick up the car at 5pm. At 4:40 pm we receive an email from Landon that Mercedes did not approve the deal and needed more income. No phone call an email. They left us hanging on this deal all afternoon and wasted most of our Saturday. I sent a very negative email reply about how bad the situation was handled. This could have all been avoided if someone at the dealership just talked to Mercedes Credit. Mara left a voicemail with a poor excuse that they were negotiating with the bank. I call BS on that. we were picking up the car at 5, I doubt they even submitted this before 4 pm. I received another voicemail from Finance manager Chris Stanford who wanted to explain their procedures. No appologies or anything, I have no interest in hearing about Park Place Procedures. There is no excuse to leave your customer hanging all day long and then send an email when we were already on the way to pick up the car. I don't know what the issue was with Mercedes Credit, we were approved by BMW finance the next day at essentially the same payment. We purchased from Autobahn BMW and would highly recommend them over Park Place. More

He is extremely knowledgeable about not only the Mercedes products, but also how they stack up against the competition. I took over a month to decide between Mercedes and Volvo; Malcolm was very patient and helpful every step of the way. I probably would have locked me out of the dealership by week three. I purchased a beautiful GLC and got a great deal. Even though the Volvo I was considering was only a $500 sticker difference, their best payment option was hundreds per months higher.
