I've purchase more cars than I care to mention, but without question, this was the easiest, almost enjoyable purchase I've ever made. Chris led the way, but his staff had to be good to follow through on all of his commitments to us. If and when I need to purchase another vehicle, I'll be talking with Chris. Don't buy from this dealer Bought a used ford f 150 that I had seen advertised on the Internet. Had to drive far to get there and after all the paperwork the place was already closed. They left the gas tank on empty and worse than that I only got one key to the truck. They did not offer a spare. Also, they rushed the detail last minute and it was already dark when I got in the car to drive home. Next day I noticed water spots everywhere. When I called about the issues the best they could do was offer one free detail which was pointless as I do not live anywhere near Frankfort and will never be going there again. So basically I paid 30k for a truck and immediately had to go fill up the tank for about $130 and never have gotten a spare key as they cost too much. Hope I don't ever need a spare. More
