We were very happy with our recent purchase of our 2012 Toyota 4Runner. We were greeted in a friendly manner the first trip onto the lot with our three young children. Chris took his time to show us the Toyota 4Runner. We were greeted in a friendly manner the first trip onto the lot with our three young children. Chris took his time to show us the 4Runner that was available and when we asked about upgrading it to a Limited model was able to find one quickly and have it delivered to the Frankfort site. When we went to the lot the second time to purchase the vehicle it was late, but Chris still was very patient and took his time to make sure that he went over as much as he could during that time. He also made sure that we were going to follow up with him within the next week to go over more details of the features. Chris also is taking on the responsibility of dealing with the trade in repairs that we have been trying to have done through another dealership prior to this purchase. This has made it easier and taken much stress away from my car purchasing experience. More

I've purchased my last two vehicles at Glenn Toyota Frankfort and both times have had a great, no hassle experience and my time was respected. Both times I traded in a vehicle and was very appreciative Frankfort and both times have had a great, no hassle experience and my time was respected. I didn't feel as if there were any hidden numbers or fees and left the dealership very comfortable with the transactions and purchase I made. We were in the market for a new Toyota (either a Highlander or Avalon) and after several visits to several dealers we ended up making our purcahse at Glenn Toyota. Soon as we set foot on the lot, we were greeted by Chris, who turned out to be everything we could ask for in a salesman. He was very friendly, helpful, extremely knowledgeable on Toyotas and had patience with us as we tried to select the car to purchase. They had a good selection of vehicles to pick from so we could see exactly what we liked. As we were making our selection and negotiating the deal, the owner, Mike, took his time to come in several times to talk with us and see how it was going. Mike too was a pleasure to be around and he made us feel very comfortable. The bottom line is that we were VERY pleased with everything about about this dealership and were very pleased with our deal. When in the market for another car, I would definitely plan to go back to Glenn Toyota and get Chris as our salesman. More

I had been to another dealership and they did not seem interested in working with us. They wanted the deal that had been set up by the dealership. I went in to look at advertised sale vehicles. I began looking at a Venza which was not on sale. Chris let me drive it while my car was being serviced. I saved so much I was able to buy an extended warranty, as I drive about 30-35000 miles per year. More

My husband and I were looking to buy a car. The problem was that we knew what kind of car we wanted (Toyota Camry)and the maximum amount of money that we would spend, but we really could not make our mind was that we knew what kind of car we wanted (Toyota Camry)and the maximum amount of money that we would spend, but we really could not make our mind up about new/used. We were literally looking at 9 and 10 year old models as well as new. Rich Hale was so patient with us as we test drove about everything on the lot. He was very knowledgable and helpful throughout the entire process. The deal was so easy that it made making a decision much easier for us. I think most people would agree that buying a car can sometimes be intimidating and the sales people are often pushy. Our experience at Glenn was just the opposite. We felt very comfortable the entire time we were there, and we felt like Rich and Chris really took care of us. We got a great deal on an older model Camry, and we could not be happier. Financing was also a super easy smooth process. At one point I remember saying, "Is this it?". Sure enough, it was. We were done in no time. More
