I came in with an idea of what this issue was. The service dept did a diagnostic check and found out it was something completely different. They fixed the issues and told me to drive it for 300 miles to clear the codes so it could pass inspection. While driving it after the mileage, the check engine light started coming back on periodically for a few days at a time and then went out again. I finally got it back in for the inspection and they found out it is the turbocharger that is bad also and have those parts on order in order to fix that issue. I am pleased with the service I received but wish I didn't need to keep coming back to get the issue resolved. They told me it was covered but would need to keep the car a couple/few days to fix the turbocharger More

Very disappointed with the service department! ! Went there Saturday for an oil change and have my breaks checked because the driver side wheel was smoking and have a break burning smell. The serv ! The service department said my breaks were perfect and sent me on my way!! I drove to church and my wheel almost caught on fire it was so hot. I couldn’t make it home so I left at Cochran service and I wrote that my brakes were smoking and it could be a stuck caliper and it needs checked!!!! It went down hill from there! They were going to charge me $1558.00 for caliper, rotors and pads! I had my truck towed to another shop and $525.84 later I’m back on the road! This could have been very bad because Cochran was very very negligent diagnosing my vehicle!! I wanted to trade my vehicle in and get a newer version of what I already have but I’m not to happy with Cochran right now!! More
