I brought my 2016 GMC perfectly operating truck in for oil change and to check other 20,000 mile items. I drove it home and brakes started dragging/squirming. Almost four hours for an oil change did not deduct the coupon given to them which was valid. No apology for the wait. Try to get the car back and was told 10 minutes. Hour and a half later finally got the coupon given to them which was valid. No apology for the wait. Try to get the car back and was told 10 minutes. Hour and a half later finally got the car with no apology about anything. Absolutely despicable. Would not recommend to anyone for any reason of any service. But I will be telling everyone I know about how I was treated. Long wait no apology unprofessional and did not honor their own coupons a hot mess. I will never be back. Behave professionally have integrity manners and respect. Ignored multiple times by multiple people when trying to find out what was going on. That's how you treat women. Read the reviews people even a broken clock is right twice a day. This should not be the service given to you and your vehicle read the reviews. No apology needed by any of you for your service department because it's clear this is been going on for years and a regular basis and nothing's done to correct it. Once I paid I asked if I could bring the coupon in the next day to get the discount and they told me know that it’s absolutely crazy you so that you have sales on your website and you have to print a coupon for it. I didn’t know that so I didn’t get the discount I paid really high amount of money. Are used to go there all the time and Donnie was a service manager which is why I went back this time but he has since retired. Gone way downhill More
