I purchased my last three vehicles at a Cochran dealership. Overall I’ve been happy with my purchases. I’m a little unhappy with the service department in regards to the current car I own. I bought it used with over 100k miles on it because my previous car was unexpectedly totaled. I’ve owned it for around 8 months and put around 5000 miles on it. Took it for its first inspection and was quoted over $2000, despite having purchased an extended warranty, to repair the control arms. According to the Carfax report the control arms had never been replaced. Generally, this part lasts 60k-80k miles and the maximum lifespan is 100k miles. I feel the dealership either missed or overlooked this issue before they sold me the car. More

1. I saw a lot of dirt marks in the car / seats etc . I was in a hurry to pick up infant twins from daycare and didn’t have time to bring this to the SA’s notice 2. I was in for a state inspection and emission only, and not for a service. More
