Came in for my "free" vehicle inspection and charged (unknown to me) $75 for emissions standards inspection (also charged $4 for mat used during this inspection). Learned there are 2 inspections done.. (unknown to me) $75 for emissions standards inspection (also charged $4 for mat used during this inspection). Learned there are 2 inspections done...went to 2 local garages and found that they charge $82 to have both done. Cochran charges the same amount for half (1 emissions inspection) as local garages do for both. This service dept. will not get another dime from me and actually considering trading in Cochran vehicle for another. Wish they had been transparent/honest from the start. More

While the service advisor does an adequate job, I do not feel the shop lives up to the stated #1 standard of service. I have returned twice to address "Service Tire Monitoring System (replacement of sensor feel the shop lives up to the stated #1 standard of service. I have returned twice to address "Service Tire Monitoring System (replacement of sensors cost over $700). I returned shortly after to purchase two new tires and rotate the front tires to the rear (over $500). One day later the monitoring system was flashing again. One of the new front tires showed 37Lbs of pressure, the other front tire did not register at all. I followed up on a Wednesday with the service advisor and was asked to call back on Monday. Not receiving a return call, I am forced to register this complaint here. What is needed here is visual prove that the sensors were changed and that those who worked on my vehicle were certified by GM to do so. I expect to have follow up by the company official who is responsible for all of the service departments of the Cochran dealerships. This was the second Buick I've owned, both were purchased in Michigan. If not resolved, it is my intention to visit GM Headquarters. More

Trying to make contact with service department is an endless effort without a call back on several messages left. I am at this point very disheartened with Cochran Buick and AT this point and time will endless effort without a call back on several messages left. I am at this point very disheartened with Cochran Buick and AT this point and time will look elsewhere for service and future purchases. Sorry for this sad but UNSATISFACTORTY response as the Car salesman " Tyrese "was extremally kind and helpful at time of purchase at the Robinson Twp dealership More

I received excellent customer service in the service department at #1 Cochran Buick GMC Robinson. There has never really been a time when I didn't receive excellent customer service. I've been a loyal department at #1 Cochran Buick GMC Robinson. There has never really been a time when I didn't receive excellent customer service. I've been a loyal customer for many years. Everyone I came in contact with was professional and treated me respectfully; and likewise. My car got inspected and needed brakes and a few other things and the van took me to the mall to shop instead of sitting there. The van is a huge convenience to me as I don't have anyone that can pick me up or drop me off. The van driver was very courteous to me also. More

CAUTION: Inept service technicians. Took my 2017 Terrain in on 8/4/22 for a front end vibration issue. On 8/5/2022 was told it was the rear wheel bearings. Should have been $100 deduct Took my 2017 Terrain in on 8/4/22 for a front end vibration issue. On 8/5/2022 was told it was the rear wheel bearings. Should have been $100 deductible. Ended up being $360 because the mechanice could not get the sensor out of the hub. Was informed it HAD to be replaced, not covered under extended waranty on 08/09/2022. Arrived to pick it up, sound system is not working. Did not even pull it off the lot, went back on Wed 8/10/22 to complain. Mechanics looked at it again and diagnosed the radio had mysteriously "gone bad" and it would be another $100 deductible. After a tense phone call later the deductible was waived, good. Not really as the radio they ordered was lost in shipment with no expected date of delivery. Picked up the truck on 8/13/22, the bettery was dead. After an inept attempt to use a portable starting device, the vehicle finally started and the radio was working. Maechanic had no idea why. Driving the vehicle home I discovered the problem I paid $360 to remedy was still a problem! Did not fix what I took it in for, overcharged for parts I possibly did not need, almost charged for part I deffinately did not need, 10 days without my truck. Inept from begginging to end. More
