They witnessed the engine burning through oil and overheating multiple times. Completed oil consumption test proving the issues over numerous months and visits. Once confirmed they bring it in for a overheating multiple times. Completed oil consumption test proving the issues over numerous months and visits. Once confirmed they bring it in for a recall test just to note it passing despite burning tons of extra oil. They replaced oil with thicker oil but engine still burning oil and more mpg has decreased by over 3mpg. By the way this is a brand new vehicle that they sold with known engine issues and did not disclose. More
