You gave me free inspections on my new encore but not free emissions test. The purchasing process was a nightmare on this one and I was shone and drive a more expensive used car and not the one I came to see. I have cognitive issues and now I have a $600.00 car payment and I'm on social security disability i can't even afford to buy enough groceries to so I only have 1 or 2 meals a day. More
