This is our second car purchase in the last year with Martin Suarez. He is a top notch professional! We spoke on the phone a couple of times before I went in for test drive and he was completely prepared for me. My vehicle of choice was ready for my test drive and he had done his homework to know my discounts and incentives eligibility. I felt the negotiation process was fair and I very much appreciated the effort in getting me to a deal I was comfortable with. Chris Tandy made the financing process very simple and efficient (although there is still SO MUCH paper involved). Both Martin and Chris (and the unnamed detail guy) stayed well beyond closing time to allow me to drive my new Buick Envision home that night. Such an easy and relatively stress-free experience!! Mr. Suarez was patient, thorough with explanations and answers, and very attentive to my needs and concerns. The process took a little longer than expected, but he remained by my side the entire time. He went above and beyond, even making sure my coffee and water needs were met. I was more than satisfied with my purchase, a 2018 GMC Acadia, and I have no doubt that Mr. Suarez will be available should any future questions or concerns come about. Also, Chris Tandy is by far one of the most professional people I've come across. He also went above and beyond to make sure I had the service contract I needed for peace of mind of keeping my new Acadia in top shape. I am so thankful! More
