THIS IS WHAT CAR BUYING SHOULD BE I went into Coleman for the first time today. My brother has gotten his last two Buick's from there and told me to see Chris Tandy. I arrived and Chris greeted me as if we had known each other forever. I told Chris what I was looking for and told him I had questions about buying and leasing. After he went through the advantages of both i decided to lease a new 2018 Buick Regal. All I can say is WOW what a car! I fell in love with it before we even left the lot. went back inside discussed price, was higher then I was looking for, but this was what I wanted. Let me explain the price was higher because I wanted more equipment not because it was just high. I left happy! The entire staff was very friendly. I even met a girl named Jenna who was very pleasant. She helped get me coffee and was nice to speak with. Overall great job everyone!!! More

Great Experience! We had the pleasure of visiting Coleman twice this week. The first time we were getting our feet wet trying to find a new car for our family and we l We had the pleasure of visiting Coleman twice this week. The first time we were getting our feet wet trying to find a new car for our family and we left realizing that it may not have been exactly what we had planned. Carl Prince met us at the door, sat and talked with us regarding what we were looking for. He spent the time test driving two cars and unfortunately we had to go back to the drawling board. He was extremely compassionate and was very understanding of our situation. The Next day Kristina McCoy gave me a call to find out what my experience was and to see if she could help me find something that would fit our financial needs. She was able to help us to get where we needed to be. Our second experience with Carl was nothing more than exceptional. We test drove the car and then the waiting process started, he kept us informed along the way. He was nothing more than supportive and encouraging. Ed Korenz was also very helpful in this process on both occasions. Last but not least Chris Tandy worked with us to keep us where we needed to be, despite working longer hours then expected. We thank the team here at Coleman for being patient and putting our family in a new car. The experience dealing with the entire team was enjoyable. More

1520 Mile "used" Buick LaCrosse I found car I wanted on Coleman's web site and called dealership. Talked with Jeannette Hosri. She was super nice and answered all my questions. I sen I found car I wanted on Coleman's web site and called dealership. Talked with Jeannette Hosri. She was super nice and answered all my questions. I sent photos of car I wanted trade with them and she got the ball rolling. She called back with deal offered and I made plans to go to New Jersey from North Carolina to trade cars. Ty took my deposit over the phone. Upon arrival there Monday, April 16th, everyone was so nice and the dealership is large, well lit and so clean. Jeannette met me at the door and went over details. Chris Tandy came by to tell me a little about the car and why it had such low mileage since he originally sold it new. All in all, great experience with really nice, knowledgeable people. More
