In todays on line environment I understand how important five star reviews are to businesses and especially to the individuals like Ted who are rated on their results. I strive to have all dealership reviews at a five star rating and work hard at training all associates to understand the importance of meeting and exceeding customer expectations. Any review question less than five stars sits with me and makes me wonder where I or my team missed the mark. With an overall dealership rating of 4.8 stars over the 4000 plus reviews Manly Honda has received, it makes every missed star important for us to understand where we went wrong so we can do better. That dreaded 5th star in pricing seems to be a catch. We try and price competitively, we try and serve up value every way we can with everything we do, we try and smile and say thank you for the business while we swipe that credit card or take payment and we try and give a comfortable, clean dealership with nice amenities. My personal business goal is to have Manly Honda at a 4.9 rating by the end of 2016 and any review missing just one star becomes only a 4.8 review.
