The F & I people were thorough, but not over bearing. Bill Petty, one of the service managers was very gracious in having the fog bulb on my Honda CR-V replaced (not easy had to up on a rack and remove a panel to get to it) during our visit even thou we didn't have an appointment; then he didn't charge us!! More
