I had my car towed to the dealership on Sunday afternoon and left info in the night drop box. My anti-theft feature has locked the ignition twice in the last six months. When I called on Monday morning, the car had already been looked at. Chris took the time to explain how the diagnostic test works. He was patient as I researched the problem and talked with others. When I called back, he seemed disappointed that I did not want to spend the $580 to replace the ignition switch, but he gave me until 2:00 to change my mind because the part was in stock. When I came for the car after work, he again patiently explained again, even though he was giving instructions to a crew in the parking lot and had a call on hold inside. He was also kind enough to discount the service charge. I am gambling on getting by without replacing the switch any time soon. I think Chris is betting on seeing me back sooner rather than later. More

I had a great visit at Ted Britt Chevrolet today! I was greeted as soon as I exited my vehicle. When I walked in, Chris greeted me with a smile and confirmed that the parts ordered for my car were there an greeted as soon as I exited my vehicle. When I walked in, Chris greeted me with a smile and confirmed that the parts ordered for my car were there and ready to be installed. After taking my keys I stayed in their quiet waiting area. After about 20 minutes, Chris came in to talk with me and make sure I had everything I needed. Less than hour after walking in the door everything was done and ready. Chris was very friendly and efficient. As was the woman who checked me out. All in all I would recommend Ted Britt Chevrolet for anybody's car needs and would highly recommend Chris Thomas to anyone in need of service. Thanks! More

In early April, I purchased 2013 Camaro Special Dusk Edition 2SS Convertible from Ted Britt Chevrolet in Sterling, Virginia. Unfortunately, it did not have the NPP Dual mode exhaust option I wanted. Edition 2SS Convertible from Ted Britt Chevrolet in Sterling, Virginia. Unfortunately, it did not have the NPP Dual mode exhaust option I wanted. Problem easily solved - Chris Thomas was my service advisor and Rob Wilkey was the tech. who installed the complete dual mode NPP Exhaust system on my new car. The new pipes and new rear valance were ordered factory GM, and the vacuum controller was ordered aftermarket. Fantastic results! These people know what they are doing (especially with Camaros). Rob did an excellent professional installation, and he even programmed the exhaust flaps to be controlled by my homelink garage door opener. Chris was great researching and weeding through the exact parts I needed, and then arranging the whole repair quickly and seemlessly. If you want something really special done to your Camaro, this is the place to go and these 2 guys are the people to see. Believe me - I am a very picky service customer, and I drove away smiling. More

I had a cracked dash board and my truck was out of the warranty period. I called GM and told them the situation. They told me to take my truck to a dealer and have them look at it. I did and then could not get back in contact with GM until Tuesday. In the mean time Cris Thomas of the service dept. took me problem and turned it into a opportunity to help a customer out. He and Nick worked their magic and got my dash replaced at a considerable discount. I can not say enough about how much this pleases me and made me feel like someone does still has pride in the service they provide. THANK YOU !!! More

Purchased a used Vette on 1/13/2013. Noticed and discovered some major issues with the vehicle. Went back to Dealership and discussed with Jason who was extremely responsive and accomodating. Brought car back to service with a list of items that needed attention. Ronald is the person taking care of me in the service department and I must say that he is extremely helpful. This was my first purchase from Ted Britt, I have been a loyal Koons customer for many years (purchsed 5 new vehicles from them). I must say that the customer service level received from both Jason and Ronald are outstanding by any standard. Of course my dealing were with these two gentlemen so my review is based on their ethics. I recommend them with 100% confidance. 2/16/2013 Update: the staff at Ted Britt continue to surprise me! I can not say it enough, these folks are OUTSTANDING! They also employ the best mechanic in the DC area! Thomas Miller is a genius! If anyone reading this owns a vette and need any mechanical work, please be sure to bring your car here, he knows Z06's like the palm of his hand!
