My wife Heather and I recently bought our first Subaru, a 2020 Forester Premium from Chris Thomas. Nice vehicle, nice person and I really enjoy the service. So far, there is nothing uncomfortable or unsatisfactory when driving. Chris and Grand Subaru were awesome. I was in touch with every Subaru dealer in the Chicagoland area and felt BY FAR most comfortable with Chris and the team over at Grand. One dealership, in fact, is 2 mil every Subaru dealer in the Chicagoland area and felt BY FAR most comfortable with Chris and the team over at Grand. One dealership, in fact, is 2 miles from my house and I drove the 20+ miles to go to Grand because Chris made me feel comfortable with the deal over e-mail. They made sure they got me the best deal possible and answered all of my questions thoroughly. They offered me some add-ons and warranty extensions when I purchased the vehicle, but whenever I declined they were not pushy, unlike other dealers. Clearly, they just wanted to make sure I was aware of all of my options. More
