I had my sister in NC to call Van York to see if they had what I wanted. They did not -BUT within two hours they had found the exact car I wanted. They had the car on site by 6:00pm. that evening. New car Buying Experience I had a great experience buying my new CRV from Vann York Honda. Raymond Hatch was standing outside when we pulled up to the dealership and asked if I had a great experience buying my new CRV from Vann York Honda. Raymond Hatch was standing outside when we pulled up to the dealership and asked if there was anything he could help us with right after we exited our car. Raymond was helpful and knowledgable but not pushy. My wife and I had a tee time scheduled so we couldn't complete our deal on the day we first stopped, Saturday. Raymond was understanding and didn't try to hold us there longer to complete a deal. We received a call from Chris Thompson on Monday to let us know that they would love to have us as customers. My wife and I returned to the dealership that afternoon and completed the deal. They have a relaxed and comfortable way of dealing with people at Vann York. We are new to the area from New York and got to experience that great southern hospitality that you hear about. More
