He made us feel relaxed and confident about our purchase. The only problem that we had was the day of purchase. We made an appointment and Raymond was helpful with everything. But the man in the finance department decided to go to lunch. Raymond had called him and told him that we were waiting but he thought his lunch was more important. We waited an hour and a half until he came back. We were friendly even though we were in a hurry to pick our oldest daughter up from school. My youngest daughter had to miss gymnastics. When we finally got back to finance his comment was "Well, did you make an appointment?" I politely said, "yes". Never received an apology from him. Everyone else we come across was great and they deserve a five. Any negative review I give would be in the finance department. There is an issue with customer service in the finance department. I recommend Vann York to all of my friends and my over 2,000 insurance customers in NC. I live in Greensboro (where another dealer is located) and I drive a few minutes to Vann York because of the high level of service and knowledge these guys and ladies have compared to other dealers.
