It was a great experience in purchasing my new Honda CRV because Chris and Robert were very knowledgeable about the CRV Operational technical detail and in answering my specific questions. In addition, price negotiation was painless due to their willingness to work within my target objectives and in the requested time frame. I felt they were attentive to my needs and provided the needed service without wasting my time. The dealer options installed were done at a quality level that met my expectations, and their friendly attitude made my buying a new car an overall great experience. More

This was the second car I have purchased from Van York Honda. Even though there is a Honda dealer closer to my home, the sales staff and process is much less stressful and more productive. Ray Moriarity provided a very fair first offer over the phone J.W. Willoughby did an excellent job of showing me the particular Pilot I was interested in (I had already done a good deal of research). Chris Thompson conducted a very fair negotiation in lowering the price of the new vehicle and raising the price on my trade. The finance manager (sorry, I can't remember his name) completed the process quickly and without pressure to purchase additional warranties, etc. In the end, I felt as if I got a very fair deal, was treated with respect, completed the purchase process relatively quickly. Overall, it was about as pleasant a car buying experience as you can hope for. Plus, I absolutely love my new Pilot. It drives and rides great. Very powerful and comfortable. Believe it or not, I just took a trip from Winston-Salem to Fayetteville and back and got 27 miles per gallon! I'll enjoy this vehicle for years to come. More

I have been to many Dealerships in my life. This experience has been by far the best encounter of my life! From the time I made first contact until I was given the keys to my new car, everyone treat experience has been by far the best encounter of my life! I could never get the interest rate for my new car loan from anyone. After I committed to the purchase I asked Jim Budusky what the rate would be,and told me a business manager would call me back with that from anyone. After I committed to the purchase I asked Jim Budusky what the rate would be,and told me a business manager would call me back with that and after 4 hours Jim called back saying they were so busy that no one could call me but that he thought it would be in the 2s. The day I was going to pick up the car I emailed Chris Thompson about my dissapointment and he still has not contacted me. At signing the rate turned out to be 2.99%, this was a figure Jim mentioned on the first day and it appears that was going to be the rate all along. This was the second car I was purchasing from V Y and I really felt I would have been treated better but I guess they were only concerned with selling another car before the end of the year to get their numbers up. I also have been reviewing the numbers on the documents and I can't get the numbers from Jim's offer to quite add up. I hope to pursue this matter in more detail. More

This is the second car I have purchased within a month at Vann York. Corbett Davis has been and is the best kept secret of Vann York. What does that mean? Let me tell you in many ways. Corbett is knowled Vann York. Corbett Davis has been and is the best kept secret of Vann York. What does that mean? Let me tell you in many ways. Corbett is knowledgeable about the Honda products, but his approach in sales is subtle. He is not in anyway out to pressure his customers. Its about building something that many car sales people don;'t have. That word is Trust. Corbett has earned my trust by being honest and upfront. I truly feel he is an exceptional role model for people in his industry, but more important a class act and a very fine representative of The Vann York auto team. With that being said there also is another person who deserves a tremendous amount of credit. That person is Cory Holder. So right now your wondering why this customer is mentioning another sales person. During the transaction of getting our car,I was able to meet Cory. Cory's easy going personality and most importantly willling to support and collaborate another team member was exceptional. Let me explain. Corbett new the car inside and out and was extremely knowledgeable. When it came to some of the technology issues and setting up certain things in the car, Cory was there to help in anyway possible. Even though he was not getting the credit for the sale, I found him to be a " true team player". His knowledge and ability to communicate setting up the electronics was truly very helpful. Last but not least were tow other folks who probably don't ever get much credit. Tim Sturdivant and Chris Thompson were both class acts. Here is why. In the process of buying not one but 2 new vehicles in less then a month, both of these professionals were solid. Throughout both processes never once did I ever feel PRESSURED. Dealing with the negotiations can many times make or break the deal and experience. I know for fact that I was not the easiest customer to work with. I do know this though, both of these gentleman are the glue that kept the negotiation going with out and I mean without me every feeling trapped or locked in. Their personalities both complimented Corbett extremely well. So in conclusion let me say this. My experience in purchasing both cars has been nothing less then positive and exceptional. For a mid size dealership in the triad, Vann York is not midsize when it comes to quality and service. Vann York truly could and should be a role model for many larger deaerships all over the US. More

I was greeted immediately upon stepping on the sidewalk. I did not get the pushy salesman feel at all. The gentleman, Corbett Davis,took care of my app and walked me through the process. I have a great appreciation for his technique, his humor (that puts you at ease) and his overall demeanor was so nice. My experience with the sales persons and the dealership was second to none. This was our first new car and we are so glad that one of your service guys, Rick Penn, suggested we come to Vann York. We are SO happy with our new car and so happy with everything that Corbett and Chris your service guys, Rick Penn, suggested we come to Vann York. We are SO happy with our new car and so happy with everything that Corbett and Chris did for us. =) They took their time and worked with us while not trying to sale us anything that we didn't want. I went to look for a 2012 Honda Accord V6 and was not planning to buy that day. Van York had the car that I was looking for and after driving it,the buying process began. At the end of the day, I drove planning to buy that day. Van York had the car that I was looking for and after driving it,the buying process began. At the end of the day, I drove home with my new car. This was my second purchase from Van York and I will return there for all of my service. I received excellent service with my previous Honda Accord V6. The best part of the buying experience was driving the car to my husband's workplace. That alone allowed me to drive home in my new car that day because he could not be with me at the dealership. More
