Chris was great to work with on getting my F-150 serviced in a timely, professional manner. The Jim Hudson service department has been great to work with. I did not purchase my vehicle from Jim Hudson, but I in a timely, professional manner. The Jim Hudson service department has been great to work with. I did not purchase my vehicle from Jim Hudson, but I'm treated as if I did every time I use them for service and this will lead to me purchasing any future vehicles from Jim Hudson. More

Chris Tompson was my advisor again. I was in a few weeks earlier and some good work done on my truck. Whenever Chris would tell me about this or that suggested maintenance item, I kne I was in a few weeks earlier and some good work done on my truck. Whenever Chris would tell me about this or that suggested maintenance item, I knew he was telling me the truth. Sometimes his advice would actually support what I was hearing on the Internet. Thank you to Chris. A nice service department, with good wireless networking and good coffee too. More

First of all I want to give Chris Thompson 5 stars. He was very attentive and helpful and tried to get everything taken care of. My issue is with Ford Motor Company. Took my Explorer in due to a rec He was very attentive and helpful and tried to get everything taken care of. My issue is with Ford Motor Company. Took my Explorer in due to a recall, Ford announced the recall but apparently doesn't ship parts to repair the problem until AFTER you bring the car in. This means that the car is in the shop a minimum of 3 days, and no loaner vehicles are available until sometime in April. This is very poor planning on someone's part. My experience with Jim Hudson has always been positive and this issue is not their fault as far as I can tell. More
