I had a tough time pinning down an appt. time. I am disappointed with my truck needing a compressor for the A/C with only 1300 miles on it. It is not the fault of Jim Hudson, but with the time. After multiple visits to Herlong Ford I decided to try Jim Hudson as my Grandmother had a good car buying experience there so I figured their service department would be good too, Very up front folks, no Jim Hudson as my Grandmother had a good car buying experience there so I figured their service department would be good too, Very up front folks, no beating around the bush got my warranty issues taken care of as quickly as possible especially seeing as how supply chains for parts are all discombobulated, they only had my truck for not quite a week, i most definitely will definitely do business again if any major problems arise!
