I had an appointment at 10am. Dropped my car off at 9:50am. I was told it would be about a hour for my car to be done. Received a call at 11:30 that they just inspected it and tri Dropped my car off at 9:50am. I was told it would be about a hour for my car to be done. Received a call at 11:30 that they just inspected it and tried to get me to spend an additional $1100! I brought it in for a $71 oil change. Finally called me at 1 pm that my car was ready. The amount of times they tried to upsell me on the same service, after I continued to refuse it, was so disrespectful. I was completely turned off by the shadiness of this. I will not be returning for future oil changes or vehicle purchases. More
