generally, Jim Hudson's service department is excellent. Service appointments can be made easily and can be scheduled close to when requested. However, a recent experience with a recall notice was less than optimal. There appeared to be some problems in obtaining the parts required to complete the work and available appointments were months away from when they were requested. I am fairly sure this is less of a problem with Jim Hudson and more of a problem with Ford itself. This interaction is the only reason for not giving 5 stars. The service staff is consistently excellent. I want to give Chris Thompson particular recognition. He went above and beyond to get my vehicle in and the work done quickly. His efforts were greatly appreciated. More
