The guy who handled the transaction was Chris. It could’ve been a good experience. Instead, I’ll always remember having to threaten killing the deal because of the attempt to make me pay for something that I had made very clear that I was not happy about. This was my only issue and it was significant. Again, I don’t know if it was Chris or your business model but it’s an unacceptable tactic. Also, only got one key for the car which an extra key should be standard. More
