Searching for a new car is always a challenge, particularly when it is a car for a husband and wife use: different use and expectations! My primary contact was with Chris Trombley, a veteran auto particularly when it is a car for a husband and wife use: different use and expectations! My primary contact was with Chris Trombley, a veteran auto sales expert who listened closely first, and THEN began to educate us on the models, plus/minus aspects of features to best match to meet our needs. Chris was very patient in the test drive process, financial/buying process, and lead us to an excellent model that have my wife and I spreading the word! I would recommend Chris and this dealer to anyone starting a search. Thanks Chris and Team!! More

Chris and the Cadillac team were very kind, courteous and helpful in the selection of a new car. This dealership is first class with Chris committed to seeing smiles on everyone's faces. My only issue the helpful in the selection of a new car. This dealership is first class with Chris committed to seeing smiles on everyone's faces. My only issue the dealership has to address is their internet connectivity issues. The dealership needs to fix this issue quickly as future customers might not be as patient as us and the salesperson might not be a patient as Chris. PLEASE MORSE, GET YOUR TECH PERSON TO WORK, FIX YOUR INTERNET and give everyone a raise for tolerating the problem. More
