Searching for a new car is always a challenge, particularly when it is a car for a husband and wife use: different use and expectations! My primary contact was with Chris Trombley, a veteran auto sales expert who listened closely first, and THEN began to educate us on the models, plus/minus aspects of features to best match to meet our needs. Chris was very patient in the test drive process, financial/buying process, and lead us to an excellent model that have my wife and I spreading the word!
