This is my 3rd Cadillac lease but my first experience with ED Morse Cadillac. My first contact was with Monica C. From their BDC department, she was on it with sending me a video of the Lyriq as well as with ED Morse Cadillac. My first contact was with Monica C. The day of my appointment I received a text and phone call from Chris introducing himself. When I pulled up to the dealership Chris was outside parking a vehicle and walked up to my car and asked if I was Donna. From the start of our appointment Chris was helpful in answering my questions he did not push me to make a decision right then but allowed me to take the time to discuss it with my husband. He followed up with me and answered all my questions along the way. It took me a week to move forward with my lease and I’m very happy and in love with my Lyriq. I want to say Thank you to Luis :) sending me that text saying Girl come pick up your Lyriq already!!! made me laugh. You guys are great and I can’t wait to see you in 3 years for my next Lyriq <3.
