They changed me over $5000 for a new AC compressor, but the AC did not work after paying $8300 for repairs. This is the worst of the worst in the country. I sold the car because I will never return to the place nor will I ever purchase an Italian car again. This experience makes one realize just how good German car manufacturers and service departments are. They should take some lessons from Mercedes. More

Inspection process of used vehicles prior to sale needs to be tightened up with more thorough inspections. A number of issues found with the truck shortly after purchase. This includes discovering illega to be tightened up with more thorough inspections. A number of issues found with the truck shortly after purchase. This includes discovering illegal drugs (marijuana) in a compartment under the passenger seat. A extreme risk was placed on me (the client) by this mistake. So, Arrigo seriously dropped the ball here. Dee at Arrigo was apologetic and said they would be fixing the issues found with truck at no charge to me. However, one of the issues (replacement of radio) is being applied to the extended warranty I purchased, which technically is on my dime. Hopefully, it doesn’t negatively impair the benefits of warranty. Their service during the sales process was good and they seem to be standing by their word of repairing the issues. As usual, buyer beware and I would recommend extended warranty on purchase of any used car. More
