I decided to purchase a new car but knew nothing about Audi. Chris W. explained in detail about each model all while being very patient while I climbed in and out back seats and 3rd rows to determine whic Audi. I appreciated his honesty and his attentiveness to what I was looking for in a new car which helped me narrow down my decision to a Q8. During my test drive he was very knowledgeable and shared several details about the car. I narrowed it down to 2 cars and after having Chris pull the cars out so I could compare I was sold and wanted to move forward. I was excited like a kid on Xmas anxious to play w my new toy. The finance team was really nice, I was nervous thinking this is the part where I have to haggle with pricing but to my surprise the process was very smooth and really fast. I didn’t expect the GM to come out and congratulate me on my purchase and welcomed me to the Audi family. I purchased a blackout package and we scheduled the work on my car in a few days. I went to dinner and I was so excited but didn’t know how to lock the doors. I called Chris after hours and he had to reminded me that gave me a second key and it was still in the car lol. I was embarrassed but he didn’t mind and proceeded to tell me more about the perks when parking the car. Chris came to pick up my car and left me a loaner which was a really nice car as well. I received text messages with updates on my car and once my car was ready it was brought back to me detailed and on a full tank and I must say SHE IS GORGEOUS!!!! I live almost an hour from the dealership and the customer I received during this purchase was unexpected but appreciated. Thank you. More
