we got our tire replaced but we ended having to speak with the service manager to get our road hazard. At first they wanted to charge us to pay the full price of the tire. After we spoke with the service with the service manager to get our road hazard. At first they wanted to charge us to pay the full price of the tire. After we spoke with the service manager he said we had road hazard coverage. It was a new person but usually Joseph handles our service and we have always had excellent service from Joseph. Everything worked out in the end. We will make sure we speak with Joseph next time. More
