Best car buying experience ever. I had located the car I wanted on the internet and drove over from JB after physical therapy to look at it. After some initial delay waiting in the office I was put in contact with Chris. The delay was worth it. He is very outgoing, polite, and attuned to the customers wants and needs...not to what here is "todays best deal" etc. The car I asked to see was brought up within a short few minutes (2014 Lincoln MKX) and we were off on a test drive. While gone they inspected my 2007 Lincoln MKX so that when we returned everyone had done there due diligence. I knew going in that if I were to trade up I would be using my credit union so it now was just the matter of numbers. I had read in the reviews that Elco posted a price and that was "the " price so the only point would be trade value. Well no haggling there as I was offered within $50.00 of what I wanted. Short and sweet, deal was done; I would deal there again in a heartbeat with Chris. I have never had a more enjoyable car buying experience....ever. I have a Silver Star License Plate and Chris thanked me for my military service which I appreciated. This was after the deal was done so I appreciated even more as it wasn't done to curry favor as some would do. Go see Chris! More
