Excellent, seamless process. We visited another dealer in town and had a negative experience. Jimmy is a total pro. I’m sure I will be back and recommend him highly. town and had a negative experience. Jimmy is a total pro. I’m sure I will be back and recommend him highly. More

They were friendly, efficient and courteous. No one likes sitting at a dealership, they got me in and out. I would buy another vehicle there. sitting at a dealership, they got me in and out. I would buy another vehicle there. More

Worst experience ever In September, I found a 2016 Dodge truck for sale from Elco that was exactly what I was looking for in my first vehicle purchase and made the one hour In September, I found a 2016 Dodge truck for sale from Elco that was exactly what I was looking for in my first vehicle purchase and made the one hour trip over to Ballwin to look at it. I took it for a test drive and came back to the dealership. Mark Williamson, my salesman offered for me to take the truck home overnight so we could test it out longer. I brought it back in the morning and let them know I wanted time to think about it. Mark was in contact with me a few days after to see if I was still interested in the truck. I decided I was going to purchase the truck. I went to talk to Luke from finance. He offered the extended warranty, which I said i didn't want but he kept pressuring me over and over to add on the warranty. I eventually agreed and purchased the truck. After signing, we walked outside to the parking lot and were shocked to notice a huge dent on the back bumper that was not there before when we had last saw the truck. Immediately we asked about the dent, the sales manager said it was most likely caused by someone who test drove the truck after we did. Come to find out later, our salesman Mark, informed me that it was probably a porter that caused the dent and not a customer. After all that trouble, they did agree to fix the dent. Drove home (an hour away) the night I purchased the truck to only then realize that no temporary plates were ever put on the truck. They completely forgot to give us temporary plates. After several attempts of trying to get in contact with our salesman, we finally got a call back. It is crazy to me that it was very easy to be in contact with him before the sale, but after the sale I rarely got a response. Anyways, I had to wait six days to even drive my new truck because I had to wait for the temp plates to be mailed to me. I brought the truck back to the dealership 2 weeks later to get bumper fixed and get a few other things serviced. When I got my truck back home, I then noticed that now my remote control start out of nowhere quit working. Then I had to try and get in contact with them to figure out why the remote start wasnt working now. They responded that they had no idea why, so I had to bring my new truck all the way back (again) to see why it all of a sudden quit working. They looked at it and told me that they somehow accidentally disabled the remote start in the truck. (one of the main reasons I bought the truck). They were not able to fix it there so it needed to be sent to a Dodge dealership to get a brand new remote start put in. It took two additional weeks before my truck was completed. We went to pick up my truck when it was finished and ran into our salesman, Mark. Mind you this was the first time we had seen him since the purchase of our truck. He was well aware of all our issues with the dealership. Because we had left him many voicemails expressing our concerns. When we ran into him, he stood next to us very awkwardly and didn't even speak to us. He looked at us and walked away. The least he could have said was a simple apology. An apology from ANYONE would have been nice. After all of this nonsense, my biggest complaint is the lack of communication with me, the customer. No one wants to speak with you after the purchase is made. Before I signed, I could get a hold of them within minutes. After signing, I'd ask to speak to someone and I'd get a "he's in a meeting". Then wouldn't hear back from them days later. My overall experience was absolutely horrible and strongly suggest taking your business elsewhere. More
