Excellent customer service and professionalism. I made appt to see the salesman (Wayne) on a Friday after work, not knowing that the dealership closed at 6pm. Wayne stayed with me and had me d I made appt to see the salesman (Wayne) on a Friday after work, not knowing that the dealership closed at 6pm. Wayne stayed with me and had me drive the car before he left at 7pm. I came in on Saturday bought a different car to have delivered on Monday. I was late out of work on Monday and Wayne once again stayed with me after closing. The vehicle was absolutely cleaned inside and out. and was in the showroom for the delivery.! Kudos to Wayne and the whole Lincoln staff! More

Reserved a F150 Lightning the night Ford revealed the new truck. Placed an order and selected Cortese Ford as my dealer.
