The 1st individual (Yari) I spoke with was very helpful! The 2nd person, Brenton was not really interested in selling me a car. When I made him an initial (low) “cash” offer, he laughed at me and said he ha The 2nd person, Brenton was not really interested in selling me a car. When I made him an initial (low) “cash” offer, he laughed at me and said he had news for me: “cash is no longer king”. I’m retired, have enough assets and don’t need another payment or a bunch of warranties. Then, my broker friend called to speak with a manager, he talked with Chris White who told him he would take full control of this and give me a call. As of yet I have heard nothing and actually I have now purchased a vehicle closer to home. I recognize sending a car to South Carolina from your location creates some complexity but it’s being done all the time now. You had a truck I was very interested in. Too bad we could’ve make this work. I just did not feel like I was being taken seriously. Thanks for providing me the opportunity to provide feedback. More
