Sales person kept walking away at one point; some questions about the car were unable to be answered. I still decided to negotiate and purchase the car. When it came time to purchase, the finance person seemed to have an attitude and unwilling to answer questions and when a mistake in the paperwork was pointed out, she was displeased. The car was purchased in full to be registered out of state, but wrong paperwork given and now having hard time getting a hold of anyone to get situation corrected as title should have been given to me right then and there (as confirmed per my state’s DMV), but was not. Should have been an easy, smooth and enjoyable process, but turned out to be the opposite and I’m very disappointed. More
