The sales and finance representatives selected above were extremely professional and informative. There were no unpleasant experiences during my car buying process that most people attribute to typical car d extremely professional and informative. I called Johnny Gibson, told him what I wanted and he said he would check and get back with me. He called back within 5 minutes and said he had exactly what I wanted. When I arrived, the car was sitting said he would check and get back with me. He called back within 5 minutes and said he had exactly what I wanted. When I arrived, the car was sitting out front for me to see. Johnny was very pleasant to work with and took really good care of my wife and I during our visit. Oh, we bought the car! Overall I feel it was a good experience. I really do not like to car shop and the car we chose fit our needs. Larry did a great job of helping us as well as Chris. My only 2 negative comments would be I wis like to car shop and the car we chose fit our needs. Larry did a great job of helping us as well as Chris. My only 2 negative comments would be I wish we could have gotten more for our trade and the interior of the car we bought was somewhat dirty (spills, crumbs). I was in and out in just over 2 hours with my new (used) car. It took me longer to get insurance for it than to purchase it. Mike Cole was top notch and was very awesome to deal with! Chris York made the paperwork easy and went over my options. The gentlemen above seemed to be of high character. They didn't push a hard sell on me and really went out of their way to make me feel at ease with the whole experience. Jeff's son did a wonderful job on detailing the truck and I met the folks in the service department who seemed very friendly. I was amazed at the number of cars and trucks the dealership had. The selection was amazing. I even talked with many of the salespeople above who took the time to thank me for buying at their dealership knowing they would not make any money off the sale of the truck to me. The company seems to to understand that goodwill is the mightiest force in the universe and they have earned mine. More
