I came in and was very pleasantly greeted by Donovan. He offered his assistance to get the keys to take the car for a test drive. Chris provided all the details of the contract and spoke at a level where there were no questions for us to ask. After completing the paper work, Donovan took us back to finish up a few things and then took us out to my new car. He showed me the features of the car and took the time to program my cell phone. When I showed my friend my new car I learned the Cheverolet dealer didn't even help her get hers set up. I was able to help her because of the assistance I got from Donovan. I was also impressed when I received a call from your dealership to make sure I was doing okay and to see if everything was working the way it should be and told me to call if a I needed anything. We were quite pleased with our car buing experience at Beau Townsend. When we first stopped by to take a look at a Flex, George Davell met with us. When we had further inquiries, George spent time with us on the phone or in person. He always made time for us and we never felt out of place or that we needed to rush in our decision. George connected us with Chris York, who shared the warranty information we had requested. He, too, was very knowledgeable. When we picked up our Flex, George showed us the vehicle's many ammenities, as well as how to use them. Very professional, honest and helpful. Paul answered all the questions we had and we looked at several other cars that might have met our needs. The car had two minor problems, the drivers seat belt was dir the questions we had and we looked at several other cars that might have met our needs. The car had two minor problems, the drivers seat belt was dirty and the passenger seats lumbar support was broken, seat belt replaced and the seat repaired when I made the final deal. I left the dealer ship but returned within 20 minutes beacuse the airconditioner was not right so paul had the service department take a quick look at it and found a minor problem and fixed it on the spot. I have bragged on you dealership to several of my friends at Wright Patterson. More
