I've avoided car dealerships in the past, but this dealership had 4 of the used vehicles I was looking for in stock at decent prices. I made an appointment to see them. Odadson took the time to show me each vehicle and went over all the details. At no time did I feel any pressure to rush or make a decision. Once I knew which vehicle I wanted, he put the process in motion and walked me through every step. What a nice young man to work with! I was shopping on a bank holiday so there were a couple delays in paperwork, but the dealership is nicely supplied with fresh drinks and snacks and I was quite comfortable. We took my new car home later that day and I couldn't be happier. More

I’m 70 my mother is 94 and recently purchased a 2013 Acura with the understanding the battery be replaced and headlight. Battery was replaced headlight was not. We got pulled over due to the headlights not being the same for safety issues. I was issued a warning and was on my way. I really feel taken advantage of and lied to about the work to be done to close the deal. Now I have to pay to get it repaired. It’s just not right nor is it good business. More

Jeff at Hyundai of Fort Myers was relentless in finding exactly what I wanted. It took a few days to bring in a car from another dealership more than 100 miles away, but it was worth the wait. I also appreciated his quick response to my questions and any concerns. Following the closing, Megan was very patient in guiding me through all the new technology. And I also appreciate her offer that I may contact her any time in the future for further assistance. All in all it was a very positive experience at Hyundai of Fort Myers. More
