Carlos helped my wife and I find just the car we were looking for! When I first visited, I wasn’t able to find a Highlander that fit my criteria, but I was able to connect with Carlos and tell him that w looking for! He called me a few weeks later about a trade in that they got and next thing you know we’re driving home with a new (used) car! I arranged the purchase of a Corolla via their internet sales rep, Phil, who was great. We got the price firmed up and I put a deposit down. Jacob took over the sales process from there, and he was also gr sales rep, Phil, who was great. We got the price firmed up and I put a deposit down. Jacob took over the sales process from there, and he was also great. As soon as the car arrived on the lot he let us know, and he had it prepared for delivery same day. We went to finalize the deal and everything went well until the Finance manager stepped in. He tried to claw back a $500 rebate by blatantly lying about not being able to do both the rebate and financing offer -- he said we could only do one or the other. This was *after* we had already agreed to a deal, and *after* he ran my credit based on the agreed deal. And it was an obvious lie because in order to qualify for the rebate, you literally are required to finance through Toyota. Once I called this lie out, he became agitated and short. Then once he finally relented and brought out the paperwork to finalize the deal, he attempted to have me sign paperwork before showing me the purchase and sales agreement. When I declined to sign anything before seeing the purchase and sales to verify that the deal was actually what we had agreed to and that the numbers were correct (since he had burned any presumption of good faith at that point), he once again was agitated and short. What was a perfect sales process up until I met him turned into an unnecessarily contentious and distrustful affair. At the end of the day I ended up with a great deal, and Phil and Jacob were great. The finance manager, on the other hand, could use some sales training to bring him out of the 1980s-style used car sales bullying and lying tactics and into the 21st century. Would have been 5 stars if not for him. Separately, we own another Toyota and have serviced it with this dealership for a couple of years now and have been satisfied with the service. So ultimately since I have to choose Recommend/Don't Recommend, I'd say I recommend the dealership generally, but be wary of their finance manager attempting to alter a deal and/or straight up lying to you about pricing/interest rates if you purchase here. More

I had a great experience today! The general manager Mo slaoui was very rude and unprofessional to me. I have end stage liver disease and I’m fighting for my life. He wasn’t willing to give me the $65,500 on my sequoia trade in w unprofessional to me. I have end stage liver disease and I’m fighting for my life. He wasn’t willing to give me the $65,500 on my sequoia trade in when the Toyota dealership in Manchester NH was going to give me $66,700. He told me to leave and go to Manchester and leave his store. Who does that. It shows he doesn’t care about his sales people. Gwen worked her xxx off to get 2 truck sales from me and Mo play mr hard, tough guy with me. The only reason I went back was because I’m in sales, and Gwen was awesome, I didn’t want to do that to her. So you can thank Gwen for saving two 59-69k vehicles in buying. Gwen was incredible. She spent over 15 plus hours of her time helping me find the right vehicles for me and was very sympathetic and caring about my liver disease and brain function. I both the Toyota Tundra today from Gwen and I am waiting on the Grand highlander to come in that I am purchasing from Gwen and already out a deposit down. More
