I purchased a new Kia K4 a week or so ago I had some minor scuff marks on the rear hood and I returned the car last Thursday to have that repaired. The person I dealt with was Kevin Baker because my cel minor scuff marks on the rear hood and I returned the car last Thursday to have that repaired. The person I dealt with was Kevin Baker because my cells representative Christian Alexander never returned my calls. On Tuesday I had not heard from the dealership so I called and went through several people who could not even find my car and finally ended up speaking with Gage he said he would check into the matter and get back with me within a couple of minutes 2 hours later I had not heard from Gage and drove to the dealership myself only to find that the car had been ready since last Thursday evening and no one called me during that time. I finally spoke to Constantine who got to the bottom of the matter and helped me and was very courteous and very apologetic. I have absolutely no confidence in the dealership from sales to service although Constantine did resolve my issue very reluctant to ever go back to the dealership for service More
