The car was great. However, the customer service was absolutely unacceptable and we came with a check in hand to purchase the vehicle and I let the staff know I would b However, the customer service was absolutely unacceptable and we came with a check in hand to purchase the vehicle and I let the staff know I would be there and from the time we got there it took over 2 1/2 hours to get the bill processed as they kept trying to upsell me on stuff that I did not want. When we got there, they couldn’t find the keys to the vehicle. They were locked up and they could not get them. They said they had to wait for the general manager to come unlock it. I have driven 2 1/2 hours to pick up a car that I had bought online and I had never seen it. We actually had to show the cars to our self and check it out,….. our salesman Christian actually disappeared for over an hour doing the process and he never said where he was going or what he was doing but actually he decided to take lunch why we were trying to purchase our car in limited time as we had to get back to our home over 2 1/2 hours away, and our kids are in school. It was the most bizarre experience I’ve ever had. I would never purchase a vehicle from them ever ever ever ever ever again. More

Disappointed in financing that they did not discuss rates. I have an excellent credit score and he got me a terrible rate then tells me I have to make 3 payments before I can refinance. I know the game & know that’s just so the dealer gets incentives. I found financing 3 pts lower than he got me. Our sales guy, Christian, was great but I didn’t get a real impressive feeling about the dealership as a whole. More
