There has been different people helping me with my Jeep, but the only person that seemed very respectful attending to my questions and making me feel safe about buying a jeep was Chris A. I have the best experience at this dealership every single time I need to bring my car in. Most times it’s for recalls and occasionally something else but every time I am treated with the utmost respec single time I need to bring my car in. Most times it’s for recalls and occasionally something else but every time I am treated with the utmost respect and feel like truly a valued customer. Henry and Chris both helped me this time and I was in and out so fast it was great. I needed a loaner car and they got me set up quickly in a new wrangler which made me think about upgrading my car when my lease is up in a few months-good move in there part -the car was awesome and I didn’t miss a beat with work because they gave me the loaner. When I can to return the loaner and get my car back there was a line and I was running late to a meeting. I parked the car in the lot and found someone on their team and explained the situation. They quickly took over and got me signed out and got my car down wishing just a few minutes. Maybe it was ten minutes from start to finish. This experience -consistently- makes me think the people really like working here and care about their customers. I’m sure I’m not the only one that is treated like royalty here. I recommend this place with as many stars as possible because their customer experience is exceptional ! More
