The most seamless car buying experience ever with the nicest staff! I talked with many dealers in the Austin area (both Toyota and other brands), and what a difference this one is. I was impressed with the professionalism of Christian Bahl, shortly before close, when I called to check on a car. He said it was incoming, and would send me specs. Price was where we wanted to be, and we were so grateful it had no mandatory packages like spray-on, etc., and wasn't above MSRP like many dealers. Even though they were about to close, Christian sent over docs and we signed, texted him pic of DL and insurance, so we agreed on price before we went in. We got a call the very next day the car had arrived. We went the next day to buy the car, and everyone there was kind to us, opened doors, asked if we were being helped. Shout out to Christian Bahl (online sales night before and seamless signing process), Steven Croll (day of car sales and expert on the car with a great sense of humor), Alex (tech guru), and Pablo in finance (thanks for not pressuring us to purchase more options), for making this car buying experience so pleasant. My husband works in IT, and was impressed with all of their technology (all virtual signing, screens, touch screens, etc.). 100% recommend this dealer. I'm only sorry we live in another part of Austin, so won't have service done there, but the waiting area is very nice. Who knew the car buying experience could be so seamless, and pleasant? It took us six months to find a car, but less than a day once we found it, to buy it. More
