Everyone was super nice, patient, and professional. Every effort was made to make me feel comfortable with the car buying experience. Mel even took the time to teach me how to use the 4WD on my new 4Ru Every effort was made to make me feel comfortable with the car buying experience. I do feel like they could’ve offered a little more on my trade-in, but truthfully it was in bad shape, and I did get them to come down on the car price. It was a little difficult to get a hold of the finance person so I could ask a quick question a few days later, but I know this is a very busy time of year. Someone else got on the phone, and I’m not sure he was with the finance department? Overall though, I would recommend this dealership. I felt I was taken care of. More
