Prospective buyer advice: prepare for a long arduous journey. Our purchase totaled seven days from initial contact. The dealership failed to provide the correct paperwork at many different levels. We have accepted the provided vehicle but, are still lacking a proper buyer's contract. However, through it all, our sales person, Christian Cahueque remained at our side as positive reinforcement. His floor manager, Nathan, also deserves a pat on the back for his calm demeanor. Another floor supervisor, Santiago, was cordial and respectful. My wife and I may be elderly and tedious at times. We do feel Brandon's mid-level managers were much too aggressive and lacked satisfactory answers. In retrospect, your product and Christian will keep people coming back. More
