If I could give 0 stars I would! these guys say "my word is my bond" and don't hold up their end of the deal! I t raded in my vehicle for a truck that was pre-owned and they had j these guys say "my word is my bond" and don't hold up their end of the deal! I t raded in my vehicle for a truck that was pre-owned and they had just bought from someone it was covered in dog hair, some sort of fluid stains splashed on the interior roof, the rear seat flap that covers the folding seat mechanism was broken, there was scratches in the paint and the bumper is broken on one side where the previous owner clearly tried to fix damage ( damage that the salesman Vinny says didn't occur because it was never reported to be in an accident), one of the windshield wipers was falling apart, and one of the rear window defoggers was broken. Vinny and Christian promised me it would Be detailed, the paint would be repaired, and the seat flap would be fixed if we could make a deal, so we did. the first time they detailed it they said they had to cut it short because it was late and we needed to leave and to bring it back for a full detail so I did and their detailer didn't clean the stuff off the roof interior, left crumbs in all the usb outlets, unclipped all my seat clips under the captains chairs and left them that way, and didn't clean the glass So I complained and was told to bring it back for another one. The next day I had to bring it back for the paint to be repaired and was originally told by Christian it would be buffed out and sanded and clear coated and it was very clearly not because it's still rough like the original scratches and it literally looks like they out white out over it, and no clear coat like they promised either. The same day they "fixed" the seat flap by epoxy gluing it and it came back off the next day! Today I brought it back in to address the crappy detail job and they said they would do it again and all they could do for the rear flap was to reglue it again because it costs $2000 to replace it as the whole kit would have to be redone. I went to pick up my vehicle and THEY DIDNT EVEN DETAIL IT! they said it was already done twice and their manager wouldn't allow it to be done again. So, when your employee does a crappy job you don't think it should be redone correctly and make the customer happy?!? Also, when buying the vehicle their GM said he would use $1000 of their advertising money towards our deal to make it work but that $1000 never came off the price of car! So that was a lie too! I will never refer someone to go here nor will I ever buy another vehicle from here! Ford of port Richey and their employees are liars and suck at their jobs! More
