Great sales experience, however, they would not get my old loan paid off. They were supposed to pay off the old loan when we did our deal. Called a week later, then another week, then another and got pu old loan paid off. They were supposed to pay off the old loan when we did our deal. Called a week later, then another week, then another and got pushed to many different folks. Everyone acted nice and said "don't worry it will be paid". When they finally got around to paying it off I accrued more interest and am stuck. Poor F&I and not a business I would trust again. More

Customer Service after my purchase has not been great overall. Countless calls to the financial department to resolve an issue and now I cannot get a service advisor to return my call. My new vehicle has a issue that needs to be fixed and I cannot get Kyle to return my call and was told this morning that Paul would call me back today to discuss getting my vehicle in for service. So basically in the past week, not one service advisor can check their voice-mail or return my call. Communication and assistance after the sale has been poor and I don't understand what's so hard about picking up the phone and returning my phone call. Being told that someone from the service department will call you back and it never happens is frustrating. Y'all can treat paying customers better after the sale. I've been trying to get a service advisor on the phone for a week and still haven't been able to speak with anyone. Y'all gotta do better. More
