As of this writing, my vehicle that i traded in on 03/31/2023 has still not been paid off. Now i have two car payments. The previous finance company wants their money and I'm stuck in the middle because Kia of Alliance has not got them a check yet. Almost a month later and still no word on whether the finance department has made sure that they get their payoff money. I'm just told to check back later, week after week. Meanwhile the payoff amount keeps changing daily. Not happy the way this is being handled. Ronald Kelly
