When I saw what I wanted again, I called the dealership right away. Brad and Christian helped me secure a car while I was at work. Credit application and process was simple and relatively fast. The hardest part of my day was getting to the dealership with my trade-in. Brad had everything ready for me when I arrived. He was very thorough when he explained the features of my new vehicle. Brad was personable and professional...a straight-shooter as well...someone that I trusted to help guide me through the process. Mike in financing was very helpful when looking at extended warranty options. He was honest and provided feedback as we talked through my needs so that I had the right warranty package for my situation. Later that evening, I realized that I had left a couple of items in my trade-in; I reached out to Brad and he took care of the matter first thing the following day. I highly recommend this team and dealership to anyone purchasing a new vehicle. More

Nice car buying experience I called on a Friday afternoon and they happen to have the Telluride I was looking for in stock. I drove over to look at it and decided to purchase i I called on a Friday afternoon and they happen to have the Telluride I was looking for in stock. I drove over to look at it and decided to purchase it. We had a little trouble agreeing on a trade in value for my existing car but in the end I got the amount I wanted. There was no pressure to purchase. Once we agreed on the deal, the paperwork went pretty quickly. We did have to wait a bit to get into the Finance office. There were 2 customers ahead of us and only 1 Finance Manager in that evening. The Finance Manager knew we had been waiting so he made the process as quick as possible with no pressure to purchase all the add ons. Overall we had a nice experience and would recommend this dealership. More
